Rolex Submariner
The Rolex Submariner was introduced by Rolex in 1953. The design took full advantage of the Rolex Oyster case that had been invented back in 1926 and at that time it was the first watch that could be taken to a depth of 330 feet. In 1954 Rolex introduced their signature "Triplock" winding crown and the watch's water resistance increased to an amazing 1000 ft of depth. Since then the Rolex Submariner series have set the standard for all sports watches.....
